This policy explains what information VidLush collects when you visit vidlush.com, send us a brief, book a call or buy a package, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
VidLush (“VidLush”, “we”, “us”) writes, produces and edits creator-style video ads made with AI presenters for businesses. If you have a question about this policy or your information, email galileosoldevilla@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Your brief. Your name, work email, brand and website, what you sell, details about your ads (whether you run them, who manages them, where they run, the kinds of ads you want, your goal and monthly ad spend range), the package you’re interested in, and anything else you choose to tell us.
- Calls you book. When you book a call through Cal.com, we receive your name, email, the time you picked and any notes you add.
- Purchases. Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email, billing details and what you bought. We never see or store your full card number.
- Project materials. Product information, brand assets, footage, feedback and anything else you send us so we can make your ads.
- Messages. Emails and other messages you send us.
- Technical information. When you use the brief form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks technical details about your browser and device, such as your IP address, to tell people apart from bots. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes IP addresses and basic request information to deliver the site and keep it secure.
We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies on vidlush.com, and we don’t track you across other websites.
How we use it
- To read and reply to your brief, prepare for calls and recommend a package.
- To write scripts, produce and edit your ads, deliver files and handle revisions.
- To process payments, manage monthly plans and keep business, tax and accounting records.
- To protect the site and our inbox from spam and abuse.
- To contact you about your project, your order or a question you asked.
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run VidLush, and only what each one needs:
- Vercel hosts the website and the form that receives your brief.
- Cloudflare runs the Turnstile spam check on the brief form.
- Formspree delivers your brief to our inbox and stores a copy of it.
- Cal.com schedules calls.
- Stripe processes payments and subscriptions.
- Google provides our email and calendar.
- AI video, voice and editing tools we use in production receive the scripts, product information and brand assets needed to make your ads. We don’t give them your contact details.
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or as part of selling or reorganizing the business. If that happens, this policy keeps applying to your information.
How long we keep it
- Briefs and call details from people who don’t become clients: up to 2 years, then deleted.
- Client projects, orders and invoices: as long as we’re working together, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require, usually up to 7 years.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the information we have about you, correct it, delete it or stop contacting you. Email galileosoldevilla@gmail.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. We may need to keep some information for legal, tax or accounting reasons, and we’ll tell you if that’s the case.
Depending on where you live, for example California, the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have additional privacy rights. You can use them the same way, by emailing us.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Where your information is processed
VidLush is based in the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
Children
VidLush is a service for businesses and isn’t meant for anyone under 18. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
